Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using this site. The terms and conditions of purchase are a legal document that defines the rights, obligations, responsibilities of the buyer and seller, the conditions of purchase of goods, payment for goods, delivery and return of goods. The submission of the order will be accepted as your confirmation that you have read and agree to the specified terms and conditions of purchase.

1. General provisions

1.1. Parties mentioned in the contract:

Buyer - a person who places an order or browses a website.

Seller - Afrodisiaco.lt, MB "Mug mug", company code 305736379.

Products - products sold by Afrodisiaco.lt.

1.2. The same rules and conditions apply to all buyers. When ordering goods, the buyer confirms that he has the right to buy in the e-shop in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Otherwise, the buyer, his trustee or the person responsible for him assumes responsibility.

1.3. Only a person over 18 years of age can browse, buy, accept cookies and submit their personal data in the seller's e-shop.

1.4 By agreeing to the purchase terms and conditions, the Buyer confirms that by concluding the purchase and sale agreement, performing the financial transaction, receiving and using the goods, it does not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the legal interests of third parties. If the buyer's approval of the purchase terms and conditions is in whole or in part false or misleading, the buyer is responsible.

1.5. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time. The seller does not undertake to notify it in a separate notice. The changes will be reflected in the "Terms and Conditions of Purchase" section of the seller's e-shop.

1.6. If the buyer does not agree with some or all of the terms and conditions of the purchase or the buyer does not agree with the applicable fees, the buyer must not place an order or enter into a contract of sale.

1.7. By agreeing to the purchase terms and conditions, the Buyer undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.8. Seller Email The "Shipping and Returns" and "Privacy Policies" sections of the store are integral parts of this document.

2. Exchange and return of goods

2.1 By purchasing the goods, the buyer confirms that he understands that the screen resolution of the device used may differ in the color or size of the goods in the photos.

2.2. Exchange and return of goods takes place in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.3. Replacement and return of assortment goods is possible if:

2.3.1. The product is returned in the original, undamaged packaging, with all previous accessories; the packaging of the goods has not been torn and has not lost its commercial appearance;

2.3.2 The Product has not lost its commercial appearance;

2.3.3. The request is made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the shipment.

2.4. Assorted goods are replaced or returned at the written request of the buyer. Application form: by e-mail info@afrodisiaco.lt the buyer indicates the circumstance (lack of the product or other reason) due to which the product is not satisfied. If the goods are of unsatisfactory quality, one of Article 6.362 of the Civil Code (if goods of appropriate quality have been purchased) or Article 6.363 (7) (if goods of unsatisfactory quality have been purchased) may be indicated. It is also necessary to indicate the name of the buyer, the account to which the refund is sought. Upon submission of a written form and receipt of our confirmation, the goods must be sent back to the address indicated on the shipment (sender's address). The buyer pays for the return of the shipment.

2.5. IMPORTANT: Hygiene products, bedding, lingerie are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. 2.6. Disputes between the consumer and the seller regarding the quality of the product shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Seller's rights and obligations

3.1. The seller, after a full order and payment, must arrange for the goods sold to be delivered to the address specified by the buyer. Delivery of goods is carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in the section "Delivery and return" of the seller's e-shop, unless the seller specifies otherwise.

3.2. In case of any questions regarding the order, the seller has the right to contact the buyer directly by e-mail. by mail or telephone.

3.3. If the buyer returns a product of incorrect quality or unreliable, return the money paid for the product. The amount of the refund is equal to the price of the returned item paid by the buyer. No compensation is foreseen.

3.4 To return the goods in accordance with the conditions specified in the section "Delivery and return" of the seller's e-shop, unless the seller specifies otherwise.

3.5. To carry out the purchase-sale process in accordance with the procedure provided for in these purchase terms and conditions.

3.6 If the seller feels a threat, danger or a possible attempt to damage the seller's property, the seller has the right to unilaterally decide not to execute the order, to limit the buyer's actions to the seller's e-mail. in the store or cancel the order and return to the buyer the money transferred for the purchase of goods (if they were transferred).

4. Obligations and rights of the buyer

4.1. If the buyer does not agree with at least one point of the terms and conditions of purchase, he has the right not to complete the order and not to buy the goods.

4.2. If the buyer is not satisfied with the specification, composition, etc. of the goods sold, the buyer has the right not to buy the goods.

4.3. If the buyer agrees with the terms and conditions of purchase when forming the order, he undertakes to pay for the goods, their delivery and accept the goods from the company making the shipment.

4.4. The Buyer undertakes to purchase, pay and use the goods in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.5. If the buyer, for good reasons, wants to return a product that does not have signs of use, is not damaged and has not lost its appearance, the buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment (except for the exceptions provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania).

4.6. The buyer may return the goods in accordance with the conditions specified in the "Delivery and return" section of the seller's e-shop, unless the seller specifies otherwise.

5. Responsibilities

5.1. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided at the time of purchase of the goods.

5.2. If the buyer's data used to place the order has been leaked to third parties stolen during online attacks, the seller is not responsible for data protection.

5.3. Buyers who violate the terms and conditions of purchase shall be liable in accordance with the procedure established by law.

5.4. All complaints can be submitted by e-mail info@afrodisiaco.lt. The procedure for examining complaints is established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Protection of personal data

6.1. The Buyer's personal data is not transferred to third parties (except in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania) except in cases when the data transfer is necessary for successful execution and delivery of the order (eg parcel services).

6.2. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the methodological information of the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

6.3. All information about the privacy policy, protection and use of the buyer's data is provided in the "Privacy Policy" section of the seller's e-shop.

7. Protection of personal health

7.1 All goods sold in the Afrodisiaco.lt store have the European Union marking.

7.2 Before using the goods sold by Afrodisiaco.lt, the buyer undertakes to read the information on the packaging and packaging, to follow the instructions and all safety requirements. When buying and using goods, take into account your state of health and do not use anything that would harm this condition. Lubricated, sprayed and consumed items should first be tested on a small patch of skin to avoid an allergic reaction. Read the composition of the products carefully to avoid allergic reactions.
